There will be an 8th grade parent meeting in the auditorium on Monday, Dec. 3 at 5:30 to discuss the class trip and fundraising.

ALL: St. Nick needs donations of candy for St. Nick day in the elementary by Dec. 5. Please drop off donations in the office.
Elem/JH: Learn to Earn Banking will no longer be held on the school campus. The last day will be Wednesday, December 19. All deposits can still be made at any Umpqua Bank location. All account holder will receive a letter from the bank indicating the changes.
HS: The freshmen class will be selling baked goods at break and lunch on Mondays and Thursdays in the auditorium all December.

21. All seniors who signed up for a senior page received a packet. Attached is
an order form, in case you lost your packet.
HS: Winter Break Pictures - Yearbook wants your winter break
pictures! Get ready to take pictures over break and send us one or two digital
photos! Email them to ybkphoto2@saintbernards.us
and be sure to tell us what's happening in the picture.
Student Government: Student Government meeting will be held Tuesday, 7:30am in the ASB room (101).

- Save the date: The Elementary/JH Christmas Concert will take place on Wednesday, December 12th in the Auditorium. Doors open at 6:00 – come early to view the student art exhibition and enjoy holiday treats being sold by the PTO. The concert will begin at 7pm. Note: Students must arrive by 6:30. Dress: (girls) White blouse, black skirt, black tights, red accessory; (boys) White shirt, black pants, black socks and shoes, red accessory.
ALL: Housing is needed for visiting basketball players for a JV/Varsity Basketball Tournament on Dec. 13-15, 2012. Please call Steve Thrap at 599-9668.

ALL: Student Body cards are now available for free! But, to receive free admission to school sporting events, discounts to dances, and other upcoming events, purchase an ASB sticker in the office. $15 gets you into sporting events for free! $10 for grades 5-8

ALL: the sophomore class is selling crusader license plates. $3 each or 2 for $5. You can buy them in the office or from any sophomore class officer.

Notices and Fundraisers
All fundraisers, publicity, posters, flyers, etc. must be pre-approved by the Dean of Students, Mr. White. Activity/Facility Use Forms are available in the office. Posters and fliers must be signed prior to hanging on school grounds.
Parents: the scrip “One Card” is now in stock in $50 and $100 amounts. They are good at many local and online stores. Check with the office for local script too. The school receives money back every time you buy with scrip.
Please turn in your Boxtops and Campbell Soup Labels. These programs earn money and supplies for St. Bernard’s. For a complete list of products you can log on to www.boxtops4education.com and www.labels4education.com. These can be turned into the office.
Attention Renner card holders, did you know you can pay your Renner bill in the HS office, and the school earns 2.5%? Just make your checks out to SBCS and turn it in at the office along with your bill stub. We send Renner a check minus our percentage and earn money for our school. Haven't got a Renner card? Applications are in the HS office. Thanks for your support. Please turn in the bills by the 19th of each month.
