Girls:
Humboldt County's Distinguished
Young Woman program is accepting applications from high school girls graduating
in 2014. The
final program will take place on March 30, 2013 in Scotia at the Winema
Theater. Interested girls should visit www.ajm.org. There is no
entry fee. Last year our participants shared in college scholarships of more
than $4,000. The California Distinguished Young Woman Program awards over
$30,000 yearly.
