7th ANNUAL CASH BASH
St. Bernard’s 7th Annual Cash Bash will be held this year on Friday, April 26th. The theme this year is “Diamonds and Denim” and we will be having exciting theme related entertainment, prizes and auction items. Tickets will be available in the office on Wednesday, February 20th. This is a 21 and over event. Payment is due at the time of purchase. This event is pre-sell only and there will only be 400 tickets sold. Tickets are $135 each and include a sit down dinner for two, 2 drinks and one entry into the cash drawing for the grand prize of $10,000 as well as smaller cash prizes.

ALL: Spring Clean-Up Day is Sunday April
14th from noon - 3pm. Earn your volunteer hours at the semi-annual SB
grounds clean-up and beautification event. Bring you gardening gloves and
shovels -- drinks and snacks provided. We'll meet at the entrance on C Street.

Elem/JH: There will no longer be nachos, mac & cheese or spaghetti lunches for the rest of year.
ALL: the sophomore class will be hosting this year's talent show, which will occur sometime during spring fever week (April 15-19). All students and teachers/staff are welcome to participate. The winner will receive a trophy. More information is available on the sign-up sheet in the office.

ALL: The frozen food vending machine has regularly been breaking down and unfortunately has not been selling enough volume for the vendor to justify replacing it. However, the Spirit Store will continue to have food available for sale.
Parents: Mr. Joy would like to meet prospective international homestay parents for the 2013-14 school year. Typically one international student is placed with one family for an entire school year. Families would need an additional room, an FBI LiveScan, and a desire to learn about a different culture while sharing their own. Please contact Mr. Joy if your family is interested in learning more.

Sophomores: Catholic Relief Services Food Fast sign-up forms are now available in the office. This April 18 & 19 3pm-3pm. This one event will fulfill your 25 hours Christian Service hour responsibilities for the year.
ALL: the sophomore class is selling crusader license plates. $3 each or 2 for $5. You can buy them in the office or from any sophomore class officer.

Notices and Fundraisers
All fundraisers, publicity, posters, flyers, etc. must be pre-approved by the Dean of Students, Mr. White. Activity/Facility Use Forms are available in the office. Posters and fliers must be signed prior to hanging on school grounds.
Crusader Discount Cards are now for sale. New vendors this year include Rita’s and Los Bagels. Cards are being sold by the Softball and Baseball players and funds benefit both the softball and baseball programs. Catch up with your favorite softball or baseball player to purchase.

Please turn in your Boxtops and Campbell Soup Labels. These programs earn money and supplies for St. Bernard’s. For a complete list of products you can log on to www.boxtops4education.com and www.labels4education.com. These can be turned into the office.
Attention Renner card holders, did you know you can pay your Renner bill in the HS office, and the school earns 2.5%? Just make your checks out to SBCS and turn it in at the office along with your bill stub. We send Renner a check minus our percentage and earn money for our school. Haven't got a Renner card? Applications are in the HS office. Thanks for your support. Please turn in the bills by the 19th of each month.
