Dear parents and families,
On Thursday, September 6th, we will be celebrating the beginning of the school year with an all-school BBQ! At lunch, there will be a hot dog barbeque with chips, drinks, fruit and desserts. In order to make this day a success, we need parent help!
Each class should bring:
Preschool - chips Freshman - chips
Kindergarten through 3rd grades - hot dogs Sophomore - fruit
4th through 6th grades - hot dog buns Junior - dessert
7th and 8th grades - drinks Senior - dessert
We also need a few parent volunteers who would be willing to help BBQ and prepare food. Please return the bottom portion of this form if you are able to help.
